Pin critical updates

Pin the small number of updates the whole circle should find quickly, such as a discharge plan or a major schedule change.

Manage a pinned update

• Open the update menu and choose Pin.
• The update receives the gold pinned treatment and stays prominent.
• Open the menu again and unpin it when it is no longer current.

Good to know

Pinning is for durable, high-priority context. Put dated work in Tasks or Calendar instead.
