How to choose

If medication reminders are the main need

Caring Village, CircleCare, and Carelo all put medications front and center. Rallykin keeps a medication list on the care profile but does not send reminders.

If several people share the care

Check the member limits on each free plan. Rallykin and Carelo don’t limit family members for free; CircleCare invitees are free once the circle creator is on Premium.

If you want help with records, bills, or paperwork

Neela and TendTo are built around organizing documents with AI. Rallykin Premium adds a document vault and drafting help for letters and doctor visits.

If you want to talk with other caregivers

Rallykin pairs family coordination with a community forum where caregivers from different families talk. For other places to find support online, see our comparison of caregiver support communities.
