Crisis resources
If you or someone you're caring for needs help right now.
Rallykin is a community platform, not a clinical service. These are the people to call when something is urgent, whether it's your own mental health, someone you're caring for, or a situation that's escalated past what you can handle alone.

End of life and grief
When someone you love is dying, or has died. You don't have to do this alone either.
National Alliance for Care at Home
Find a hospice or palliative-care provider near you. Hospice is for the last months, not the last days, and starting sooner often helps everyone. (Formerly NHPCO + the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, merged in 2025.)

A note on what Rallykin can and can't do
Rallykin is peer support, not clinical support. We're a community where other caregivers can listen, share what worked for them, and remind you that you're not alone. But we're not therapists. We're not a crisis line. We're not equipped to respond in real time if you or someone you love is in danger.
If you're on Rallykin late at night and something feels too heavy, it's okay to close the app and call one of the numbers above. We'll be here when you come back.
