What families get

The coordination layer between professional touchpoints.

Rallykin does not change the care plan. It gives the family a quieter way to carry it out together.

Shared updates

One current place for news, photos, replies, and important pinned information.

Assigned tasks

Clear ownership for calls, pickups, paperwork, visits, and the work between appointments.

Appointments

Dates and responsibilities the whole family can see without searching a group text.

Care details

Medications, allergies, contacts, and notes kept with the circle. Premium adds a private document vault.

A good fit when…

  • Two or more relatives, friends, or paid caregivers share the work
  • Updates and responsibilities are scattered across texts, calls, and notes
  • Some family members help from another city or state
  • The family wants a simple coordination layer they control themselves

Not the right tool for…

  • Emergency response, safety monitoring, or a crisis line
  • A clinical record, patient portal, or provider messaging system
  • Medical, legal, financial, or care-management advice
  • A replacement for professional services or an organization’s required workflow

A simple handoff

Share it without becoming tech support.

You do not need an account, a contract, or access to the family’s space. Send the note, and they decide whether Rallykin is useful for them.

Common questions

What professionals usually want to know.

Does it cost the family anything?

Care Circles, shared tasks, appointments, updates, and community access are free without a time limit. Optional Premium features are clearly separate.

Do I need a professional account?

No. Rallykin is designed for families to set up and manage themselves. If a family wants you in its circle, it can invite you, but that should not replace your organization’s approved communication or documentation systems.

Can our organization see whether a family uses it?

No. Rallykin does not send referral activity or family-circle data back to referring organizations. Families control their membership and information.

Is Rallykin providing care advice?

No. Rallykin provides coordination tools and peer conversation. It is not a clinical, legal, financial, emergency, or care-management service.

Who is behind Rallykin?

Rallykin is built by Forrest, a product designer who watched his mother coordinate care for his grandmother through dementia. There is no sales team, so professional questions go directly to the person building it.
