If Supporter has the same features as Free, why would I pay?
Honestly, because you want to fund a solo-built tool, get a permanent founding badge (limited to the first 100), lock in $7/mo when Premium launches, and have a direct line to the founder. No guilt if Free is right for you. Most people will use Free, and that's exactly how it should be.
When will Premium launch, and how much will it cost?
Realistically a few months. The price will be set closer to launch, after we’ve talked to enough caregivers to know what’s fair. Waitlist members get early access and a vote on what ships first. Supporters lock in $7/mo regardless of where the price lands.
Will my Supporter price actually stay $7 forever?
Yes, for as long as the subscription stays active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you’ll get the then-current price.
Is the free tier actually free, or is this a trial?
Actually free, with no time limit. The core product (coordinating care with your family and joining the community) should be available to every caregiver who needs it. Supporter is for people who want to help fund the work; everyone else gets full use of the essentials, forever, for $0.
Will you sell my data or show ads?
No. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t train AI on your circle conversations. Rallykin is supported by Supporter and Premium subscriptions, not by monetizing our free users’ vulnerable moments.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the app, no calls or forms. You’ll keep your tier’s features until the end of your billing period, then automatically revert to the free tier with all your circles and posts intact.
