Terms of service

Rallykin is a community platform and coordination tool for family caregivers. It is not a medical, legal, or financial advice service. Content shared by other users is not verified by Rallykin and should not be treated as professional advice.

In a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Rallykin is not equipped to respond to emergencies.

You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting, you give us a limited license to display that content within the Rallykin service, back it up, and (for public community posts) show it to other users. That's it.

We don't use your content to train AI models. We don't sell your content. We don't display advertising alongside your content. If we ever change any of that, we'll tell you first and give you the option to leave.

Rallykin is a place for support. You agree not to use it for:

• Harassment, threats, or abuse toward other members
• Promotion or sale of products or services
• Sharing personally identifying information about someone without their consent
• Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as authoritative
• Content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors
• Spam or automated posting

If you violate these guidelines, we may remove your content or terminate your account.

Rallykin's paid tier (currently “Supporter,” with Premium in development) is billed monthly. The current Supporter price is $7/month; future Premium pricing will be set closer to launch and disclosed at the point of sign-up. You can cancel at any time from within the app, no calls or forms required.

If you cancel, you'll keep your tier's features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the free tier with all your data intact.

We don't offer refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you believe you've been billed in error, contact billing@rallykin.com within 30 days.

You can close your account at any time. We may close or suspend your account if you violate these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we stop offering Rallykin as a service. In the last case, we'll give you at least 60 days notice and help you export your data.

Rallykin is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, data accuracy, or results. We're not liable for decisions you make based on content from other users. Caring for another person is high-stakes work, and Rallykin is one tool among many that can help you do it.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Rallykin is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (or $50, whichever is greater). This doesn't apply to liability we can't disclaim under applicable law.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll email you and show a notice in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree with the changes, you can close your account.
