Member roles and managing members

Every circle has at least one admin. Admins invite people, change settings, edit the care recipient profile, and manage members. Members can read everything, post updates, and handle tasks and the calendar. Caregiver is a label for paid aides and has the same permissions as Member.

Manage members (admins)

• Open the circle’s Members tab and choose the menu on someone’s row.
• Choose Make admin, or Change role label to switch between Admin, Member, and Caregiver.
• Choose Remove from circle to take away their access. They aren’t notified, and you can invite them again later.

Good to know

To delete a whole circle, an admin opens Settings and chooses Delete circle at the bottom. It can’t be undone. If the circle has an active Premium plan, whoever pays for it needs to cancel it first.
