Keep important documents in the vault

The vault is a private place in a Premium circle for the paperwork the whole family needs: insurance cards, power of attorney documents, medication lists, and discharge instructions.

Upload and manage documents

  • Open the circle and choose the Documents tab (under More on a phone).
  • Choose Upload document and pick a PDF, Word file (DOCX), or photo (PNG, JPG, or HEIC) up to 25 MB.
  • Anyone in the circle can open or download it. The person who uploaded a document, or a circle admin, can delete it with the trash icon.

Good to know

Documents are private to the circle, and download links expire after an hour. Files keep their original name and can’t be renamed, so name them clearly before you upload. If the circle’s Premium ends, documents are kept but hidden until Premium is back.
