Child safety standards
Updated Oct 12, 2026 · 3 minute read
Rallykin is for adults caring for family members, and every account holder must be at least 18. We do not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) anywhere on Rallykin: in the app, on rallykin.com, in the public community, or in private Care Circles.
What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, edited, or AI-generated images and text.
- Content that sexualizes a minor, including comments, captions, and links.
- Grooming: contacting or befriending a minor in order to sexually exploit them.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to buy, sell, or arrange access to a child.
- Sharing or asking for sexual content involving anyone under 18.
How to report it
If you see content or behavior that could put a child at risk:
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first.
- In the community, open the three-dot menu on the post or reply, choose Report, and pick Child safety or exploitation.
- Anywhere else, including inside a Care Circle, use the contact form and choose Safety concern. It goes straight to our safety inbox.
- You can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
What we do
When we find CSAE or someone reports it to us:
- We handle child safety reports before any other work, including reported content inside a private Care Circle.
- We remove the content and close the accounts involved.
- We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC’s CyberTipline, as US law requires, preserve it as the law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.
- Community posts and replies that match our list of explicit sexual terms are held for review before anyone can see them.
Our child safety contact is reachable through the contact form; choose Safety concern. These standards apply alongside our Terms and Community guidelines.
