What do you wish someone had told you in your first month of caregiving?

Hi, I'm Forrest. I built Rallykin after watching my mom care for my grandmother through dementia. A lot of what she learned, she learned the hard way and alone.

So I'm opening this space with the question I wish she'd had somewhere to ask: what do you wish someone had told you in your first month?

Small things count. A form you should have filled out sooner, a phone number that turned out to matter, or something you'd tell yourself now.
